CMS Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) Award

SoftDev Incorporated (SoftDev) today announced that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), an operating division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, selected SoftDev Incorporated for the Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle.

Under the contract, SoftDev will engage CMS and other Federal agencies on strategic, technical and program management advice, guidance, and support services to facilitate the modernization of business processes and supporting systems such as the Federal Healthcare Exchange and Medicare/Medicaid information technology systems.

The SPARC IDIQ contract is a five-year base contract with a five-year option period valued up to a $25 billion ceiling amount. All task orders less than $29 million are reserved for the small business pool. SoftDev is one of the four HUBZone, 28 Woman Owned, and 54 Small Business contractors selected as a prime contractor.
