Robin Kaiser, President/CEO

An experienced manager with more than 18 years of CMS, government, and commercial project management and information technology experience. She specializes in the development of new business, team growth, and the coordination of corporate and team resources. Her goal is to create a dynamic place to work that is challenging, rewarding, creative, and respectful of ideas, innovations, and individuals. She provides program management and business development support of multi-million dollar Government contracts involving professional, technical, and administrative support services for Federal Government and HHS agencies.

Prior to founding SoftDev, Robin's professional experience included working with GlaxoSmithKline, Duke Clinical Research Institute, Quintiles, and Cooper Tire and Rubber Company. With this experience, she gained an expert understanding of the system development life cycle and various system development methodologies.

Robin earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Georgia Southwestern State University.

Tim Hesse, COO

As a tenured professional in the IT healthcare industry, Tim Hesse is a results-driven collaborative leader, with proven skills mentoring, facilitating, and coaching of teams and staff across multiple disciplines. He is actively involved in leading, analyzing, planning, organizing, and overseeing large scale Federal contracts as well as establishing and directing corporate operational projects and program activities with a career focused on quality. He is experienced with business process and industry best practices, including CMMI and ITIL, leading to continuous process improvement within supported organizations. He brings a depth of knowledge on the application of the Agile methodology within the CMS environment and his skillful Agile coaching of SoftDev staff. Tim currently leads all operations for SoftDev and is dedicated to creating a culture that empowers its people, nurtures excellence, and promotes meaningful innovation.

Michael Kennedy, CDO/ESRD Program Director

Data and technology as a tool to connect people and improve lives is Michael Kennedy’s passion. As a foremost subject matter expert in the End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Program, he is relied upon by the ESRD community to champion data and system integrity that directly impacts the ESRD patients and their families. As an experienced Data Scientist. Michael brings 24 years of data management, data analysis, and program and project management in designing, developing, and implementing data systems and their decision support / business intelligence systems for government healthcare, spanning SSA and CMS Federal and State programs and agencies. He is considered an expert in data governance specifically relevant to health data and government programs. Currently, as SoftDev’s Chief Data Officer and ESRD Program Director, Michael leads SoftDev’s ESRD-related endeavors and provides thought leadership across programs.
